Troubleshooting

If something does not seem right after delivery, try these quick checks first. If you still need help, contact Quantum PCs support and we’ll guide you through the next steps.

PC does not turn on

  • Check the power cable is fully connected.
  • Make sure the wall socket is switched on.
  • Check the PSU switch on the back of the PC if present.
  • Try another plug socket if needed.

No display / no signal

  • Make sure the monitor is turned on.
  • Check the HDMI or DisplayPort cable is fully connected.
  • Try a different display cable if available.
  • Make sure the monitor is on the correct input source.

Wi-Fi issues

  • Make sure Wi-Fi is turned on in Windows.
  • Restart the PC and router.
  • Run Windows Update.
  • Contact support if Wi-Fi still does not appear.

Crashing or restarting

  • Note what you were doing when it happened.
  • Check whether it happens in one game or across multiple apps.
  • Install Windows and graphics driver updates.
  • Contact support with your order number and details.

  • Include your order number.
  • Send a clear description of the issue.
  • Add photos or videos where useful.
  • Tell us about any error messages shown.
