Shipping policy
At Quantum PCs, we aim to dispatch eligible in-stock gaming PCs quickly, safely, and securely across the UK.
Dispatch time
Most eligible in-stock systems are dispatched within 1 working day. If a product requires additional preparation, testing, configuration, or stock confirmation, dispatch may take longer. Any estimated dispatch or delivery times shown on the product page are estimates only and may vary depending on stock, order volume, courier availability, payment checks, and delivery location.
Delivery service
We offer free UK delivery on eligible orders. Where supported, free next-day delivery before 12 may be available for eligible UK mainland orders.
Our daily dispatch cut-off time is 2:00pm UK time. Orders placed before this time may be eligible for next working day delivery where stock, courier service, and delivery postcode allow. Orders placed after the cut-off time may be processed on the next working day.
Working days
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will usually be processed on the next working day.
Packaging
Every Quantum PC is securely packed for delivery. Gaming PCs are fragile electronic items, so please inspect the parcel and packaging on arrival. If the package looks damaged, take photos before opening it and contact us as soon as possible.
Delivery address
Please make sure your delivery address is correct before placing your order. We may not be able to change the delivery address after the order has been processed or dispatched.
Missed or failed delivery
If a courier attempts delivery and no one is available, they may leave instructions for redelivery or collection. Please follow the courier’s instructions promptly. If an order is returned to us because delivery could not be completed, we may contact you to arrange redelivery.
Delays
We work hard to dispatch orders on time, but delays can occasionally happen due to courier issues, high demand, weather, payment checks, stock issues, or circumstances outside our control. If there is a delay with your order, we will do our best to help.
Delivery restrictions
Some delivery services, including next-day before 12, may not be available for all UK postcodes. Delivery estimates apply to eligible UK mainland orders and available stock only.
