3 years of hardware and labour cover, plus 2 more years of labour-only support for eligible faults.

Return postage covered

We cover postage for eligible warranty returns throughout all 5 years, including years 4 and 5.

From diagnosing a fault to arranging an eligible repair, we’ll guide you through the next steps.

Replacement parts in years 4–5 are chargeable. Any parts needed will be quoted for your approval before work proceeds.

Exclusions & existing orders

What may not be covered

  • Accidental damage.
  • Misuse or unauthorised modification.
  • Software-only issues.
  • Cosmetic or consumable wear.
