What if I need help or something goes wrong?

You won’t be left figuring it out on your own. Whether you need a hand setting up or think something isn’t working properly, get in touch and we’ll help. Your five-year warranty includes three years of parts and labour cover, followed by two years of labour-only cover, plus lifetime technical support.

Can I use it for work or studying too?

If you’ll be using specialist software for editing, design or other demanding work, email us the software name and we’ll help you choose a suitable model. Paid software is purchased separately.

Will it work with the monitor I already have?

In most cases, yes — the main thing to check is that your monitor and the PC’s graphics card have compatible connections, such as HDMI or DisplayPort. Email us your monitor’s model number if you’re unsure. We can also help you check whether it’s a good match for the performance you want.

Can I use a controller instead of a keyboard and mouse?

Yes, many PC games support controllers, so you can keep that familiar feel when moving from a console. A compatible USB controller is a straightforward option. Wireless compatibility depends on the controller and connection method — built-in Wi-Fi doesn’t automatically mean Bluetooth is included.

Do I need a subscription to play online?
